Our aspiring chefs will discover elements of food science, learn about the background of each food, practice following a recipe, and create each dish from start to finish! *This class will be working with gluten, eggs, and dairy. If your child has an allergy and would like to participate please contact the director. This class includes a non-refundable $40 food/supply fee.

• ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING Ages 10-14

  10-week term 3/11-5/13This 10 week program is designed for competitive youth athletes during the off season to encourage balanced physical development, maintenance and improvement of strength, mobility/flexibility, speed and endurance. Whether you are pre-season or post-season, learn about and apply principles of good health for athletes to include injury prevention, proper training techniques, basic nutrition, hydration, rest and recovery. Athletes will use equipment in the fitness center and the gymnastics gym as well as outdoor activity weather permitting. This program is instructed by Daniel Osias, B.S. Exercise Science and Applied Kinesiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA).
