TERRY THOMAS

Thresiamma (Terry) Thomas’ passion in life is to help people, which is why she chose nursing as a profession. She was born and educated in India and completed her nursing education at Kean University. She worked in OB-GYN at the University Hospital in Newark and then spent most of her career working with veterans, for whom she feels much compassion, at various departments in East Orange VA, New Jersey. Terry retired from nursing but wanted to continue to care for people, so she joined the Heart to Heart Program at The Connection, which she enjoys a great deal. She has been a member of The Connection for many years.
