11:45am – 12:45pm Intermediate (Experience required) Click here to register for Intermediate.

$15 payment is due at registration. NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS. Open to Total Facility Members. Maximum of 6 participants per session. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.

Bring water and a towel. All equipment will be provided or bring your own.
