New Payment Processing System

We’re excited to announce that we are upgrading our payment processing system to enhance your payment security. This change will take effect on Monday, October 21st.

What You Need to Know:

  • Increased Security: Our new payment processor will provide enhanced security measures to protect your transactions.
  • Downtime Alert: Please be aware that payment processing will be temporarily unavailable for a few hours during the changeover on October 21.
  • Card Approval: Some cards, particularly American Express, may experience temporary declines after the changeover until charges are fully approved by the card.
  • Saved Cards: If you have credit cards already saved in our system, there will be no changes. However, new credit card entries will require the CVV security code and matching zip code.
