Join us for a trial of our Master Swim program! Masters Swim is designed to help you stay on track with your fitness goals while ensuring you never have to ask, “Is there space for lap swim?” Each session includes a workout led by our instructor, and you’ll have the freedom to choose a lane that matches your desired pace. To participate, you should be able to swim at least 100 yards continuously. Please bring hand paddles, flippers, and a pool buoy to get the most out of your workout.
