DANIEL OSIAS

Daniel Osias is an experienced fitness professional with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Applied Kinesiology from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds additional certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer, as well as a Biomechanics Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist.

With a strong background in working with youth athletes across various sports—including soccer, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, tennis, and track/cross-country—Daniel has developed a deep understanding of training techniques and injury prevention. His athletic background includes winning a state soccer championship with Jonathan Dayton High School in 2009 and playing for the D1 Club Soccer team at Rutgers.

Daniel’s professional experience extends to working as a Physical Therapy Tech at a rehab facility, where he assisted patients recovering from chronic conditions and injuries. Outside of work, he is an avid endurance athlete, having competed in Tough Mudder and Spartan obstacle course races, as well as running marathons and ultra-marathons. Notable achievements include completing the 50k Febapple Trail Ultra Marathon in 2022 and the Atlantic City Marathon in 2023. He is currently training for the Jersey City Marathon in April 2024 and hopes to qualify for the NYC Marathon in the future.

Daniel combines his education, certifications, and hands-on experience to help athletes and clients of all ages reach their fitness goals, whether through strength training, injury recovery, or endurance challenges.
