Try our new exhilarating cardio class in the Fitness Center! Take the boredom out of your workout, maximize your time, and ramp up your metabolism with this all-levels interval class of 5 minutes cardio/1 minute rest . Includes a guided warm up and stretch/foam roll cool down. This small group cardio training class is a great way to get energized and shed some pounds before summer!
A Personal Trainer will guide you and keep you motivated while you blast the calories away with this high energy workout. The circuit class will utilize 6 cardio machines:
- Rower
- Elliptical
- Bike
- x-ride
- Stair-climber
- Treadmill
Join us on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the Fitness Center from 10-11 am. Sign up at Fitness Center Desk, no charge.
