New Program for youth athletes! This 10 week program (3/11-5/13) is designed for competitive youth athletes during the off season to encourage balanced physical development, maintenance and improvement of strength, mobility/flexibility, speed and endurance. Whether you are pre-season or post-season, learn about and apply principles of good health for athletes to include injury prevention, proper training techniques, basic nutrition, hydration, rest and recovery. Athletes will use equipment in the fitness center and the gymnastics gym as well as outdoor activity weather permitting and led by Daniel Osias, B.S.
