LIVE ADULT ZOOM CLASSES

Fall Zoom Classes are available to active Total Facility Members only. Please contact the front desk if you need assistance reactivating your account. 

Click the class name on the schedule below to register. After you provide your name and email you will receive a confirmation email for that class with the class link. Once you register you will have access to that class every week, so save your confirmation email to participate each week of the session! If you would like to take multiple classes each week you must register for each class separately (e.g., if you want Yoga with Linda B. on Mondays at 7:30am and Yoga with Anita Wednesdays at 7:30am you need to register for both classes separately).

Please note:  Class waiting room will open 5 mins. before class start time.  All classes will be closed to additional participants 5 mins. after the start time.  If you miss the class, please enjoy one of our pre-recorded classes at the bottom of this page and come back and join us for the next live class.
