Throughout our history, The Connection for Women and Families has consistently been at the forefront of community service and social change. Today, The Connection serves 6,000 children, adults and senior members. This includes a significant number of individuals who are not reached by other agencies or who cannot access these programs anywhere else including:

Elementary aged students in need of enriched care in our After School Programs

Women with breast and gynecological cancers in our Pathways Program

Recovering cardiac patients in our Cardio-pulmonary Rehab Program

Newcomers to our country in our English as a Second Language program

Children and adults with special needs in a wide variety of social and recreational programs

In addition, The Connection's Scholarship Fund exists to ensure that everyone can participate in our programs and services, regardless of their economic circumstance. Last year, The Connection provided over $250,000 in financial assistance to 500 individuals and families in our programs.
